Crypto payments use NOWPayments. The whole flow stays on biolovers.site — pick a coin, we show you an address + amount + QR code, you send the funds, our page polls until your payment confirms.

How to pay

  1. Go to the checkout page (e.g. /premium).
  2. Tap Purchase.
  3. In the popup, pick Cryptocurrency.
  4. Choose your coin from the searchable picker.
  5. Accept Terms + Refund policy.
  6. Tap Purchase — $X.XX.
  7. The page swaps to a panel with:
    • Pay-to address (long string)
    • Exact amount in that coin (quoted from the USD price at the moment of purchase)
    • QR code for mobile wallets
    • Status badge (waiting / confirming / paid)
  8. Send the exact amount from your wallet.
  9. The page polls every few seconds. When NOWPayments reports finished, your account is upgraded.

Important

  • Send the exact amount. Underpaying = no upgrade. The amount is quoted at purchase and can drift if the network is slow — see Refunds for what we can do if a payment lands late.
  • Don’t close the page until the status is finished — your status panel will tell you when it’s safe.
  • Confirmation time depends on the coin. BTC ~30 minutes; USDT (TRC20) ~1 minute; ETH ~5 minutes.
  • If your coin has a minimum amount higher than the order total, the API will refuse — use a different coin (USDT/USDC TRC20 usually have low minimums).

Receipts

We send a branded Biolovers receipt email once payment confirms. NOWPayments do not send their own — only the on-page status reflects their side. You must have a verified email to checkout (the API enforces this — see Email).

Common questions

NOWPayments shows confirming once the network sees your transaction (usually after 1 confirmation). It then needs the coin’s full confirmation count. Bitcoin can take 30+ minutes. Don’t resend.
Underpayments aren’t auto-credited. Open a ticket through our contact form with the transaction hash + the order ID — the team can usually credit you manually.
See Refunds. Crypto transactions are typically irreversible once confirmed; refunds are issued at the conversion rate at the time we send them, in a coin we support, with network fees not reimbursed.
The provider’s minimum for that coin is higher than your order. Pick a different coin (USDC / USDT usually have low minimums).
Crypto receipts come from us, not NOWPayments. Check spam, then your account email is the right address — verify it on the Email panel.
